Job Summary The Disney International Labor Standards (ILS) Program oversees labor standards compliance across the vast supply chain for Disney-branded consumer products. The Program establishes for licensees and vendors to monitor their supply chains for compliance with relevant labor law and the labor provisions of Disney’s Supply Chain Code of Conduct, specifies where products may be produced, provides for review of ILS audit reports and the issuance of corrective action plans to promote improvement in working conditions, and facilitates supply chain labor-related training. The Audit Services team is responsible for developing and overseeing Disney ILS' global risk audit plans, maintaining the Disney ILS audit policies, procedures, and tools, overseeing the audit teams’ services against Disney’s ILS audit requirements, and managing the relationships with the external audit teams. The Audit Services Associate Analyst reports to the Audit Services Assistant Manager and is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities supporting the achievement of the global risk audit plans. This includes communicating with various parties regarding data integrity, producing reports to support the audit assignment and audit firms’ performance monitoring, and replying to general inquiries from audit firms based on standard procedure. A successful candidate should possess the ability to learn quickly, think critically, and be able to use resources efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities • Review, research, and reply to general inquiries from audit teams pertaining to scheduling of facility auditing visits; includes daily work with database and daily email correspondence. • Extract data from ILS system and analysis the data to support the audit firm performance monitoring. • Conduct research and analysis on internal and external data resources to support the annual plan development and audit assignment, including but not limited to country risk, historical facility data, and audit team capacity. • Conduct validation and communicate results with internal teams to resolve data integrity issues. • Conduct or support research to identify facilities’ risk level and recommend options for action plan. • Support ILS manager and other team members in a variety of needs, such as polishing training materials, data cleaning, and system function testing. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Economics, or equivalent work experience. • Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office programs – Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, and Power BI • Ability to grasp new concept quickly and retain new information • Ability to identify and define problems, extract crucial information from data, and develop workable solutions to those problems • Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, set goals, and develop system for achieving those goals • Fluent (verbal and written) in Mandarin and English Preferred Qualifications • 1 year of working experience in an international corporate setting • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, Pivot Tables, query, etc.) • Superior attention to detail • Fluent in Cantonese
